Sometimes I think Japan maybe f# up but then I watch all those anime and shows that are based on old Britain like Black Butler and Helsing Ultimate and then regret thinking that.

@Memor-X That's cos I didn't watch them. Emma is not dubbed, so, I'm unlikely to watch it. I may watch `Spice and Wolf. I didn't know it was based on England. The art was a bit gloomy and dark, so, I put it off. I should've known that was a sign of England . LOL!

arrg the painful thing about playing Ar Tonelico 3 is that it's so painfully obvious where Cocona is with all these dam hints it unbearable. hell for a moment there i though she was finally going to be revealed but i have to wait more

though am curious what the hell Jack and Krusche are doing. Mir chose Cocona because she's a Reyvateil and Clustaria's anti-human policies so i don't think a Teru and a Human are going to be able to aid her much

@Wally well probably some of the more actiony parts like Holo assuming her Wolf form only actually occur during dark and gloomy scenes (ie. when the 2 are being chased by that other company or when they are being hunted by those wolfs who follow that other giant wolf)

so the ad would preview the actiony parts to try and get viewers interested

@Wally dubhaters are illogical. every dub i own has got the original japanese dub with subtitles, so unless they are pirating everything they can't complain about anything

unless streaming sites like crunchyroll doesn't have a language change which i would think is strange

I think you don't pirate that much. Most torrent stuff is Japanese dubs.

@Wally i try and buy all my anime and support the localization....at least until i learn enough japanese to just buy strait from japan

Infact my main source site doesn't allow English only uploads.

I can't really buy anime cos 1) It isn't sold in my country and shipping costs really suck. 2) It's too expensive. Local stuff costs max 4$ for a movie

I'm thinking of buying manga though. Some manga is available for cheap on amazon like Death note. Each volume for 5-7$

just tried discord with a friend

no easy screen sharing like in skype

that sucks

twitch integration, but twitch latency is horrible

skype doesn't relay game's sound without the rest of the system

@Hakase autodownloader is mainly for myself but i'll be releasing the code when i have it documented. as for my game well i'm doing that myself aswell but obviously the end game for that is to release it

tomorrow i got to do a backup of my harddrive and when that is done i plan to download and install Autoit and Autohotkey to see which can help me generate the skills i need

both are pretty similar

autohotkey is a bit more suitable for binding hotkeys as the name suggests

but you can do it with both

@Hakase yeh but i need to see which will be easier to code up to use for RPG Maker XP and to loop through arrays

have you tried asking questions about how to avoid this type of mess?

seems like there might be a better solution to your problem

not really, you see with my skills each element corresponds with an attack type. Fire = Homing, Ice = Shooting, Wind = Direct Hit etc. there are 10 different elements with 5 levels of strength. this part is done.

the Tetra System uses 50 base skills which don't have any element but are weak as piss but cover all 10 attack types with all 5 levels of power, but when you cast an Elemental Tetra Cast these 50 skills then change to the element you just used.

@Hakase nope because it's one of the key systems of the game. say you have a very fast enemy you can't hit, a Wind Direct Hit skill will be your choice of attack, but what if the enemy is immune or absorbs win but is weak to ice? then you lean the Tetra Skills to make a Ice Direct Hit attack

it also switches up the Summon Battles who forcefully change your Tetra Skills during their battles. ie, you can use Ice Direct Hits on the the Fire Summon because the Tetra Skills are locked on fire so your stuck with Ice Shooting skills

@Hakase it only makes my job harder because i can't dynamically generate the skills. once i got these skills done and dusted everything is is alot easier

yeah, old js had bad animation functionality, so jQuery had a much better one, and for the time it was great, but now js has it builtin so it's pretty unnecessary

also if not done awesome, animation is a bad design technique on the web

I played that Sentinels of the Multiverse card game on Steam today

I got it HB monthly, and it seems okay

but there's no plot or whatever

I've played Deadbolt earlier, it's a nice game

but it gets real hard when you beat it and play the hard mode

it's not the same but with more HP, it's different and much harder

different maps, more enemies, less weapons

definitely passable but it wasn't as rewarding as it was punishing for me
