It is said "onegaishimasu" with a bow when someone agrees, but I always thought that was more done as a "please do", which I guess is a way of thanking
But if someone offers to pack your bag at the grocery store (which I believe they do there by default), you could respond with "onegaishimasu" or arigatou, but I think onegaishimasu would be a better word there. I could be mistaken
The meaning there could be something like "yes please, thank you"
@ToshinouKyouko Can't find that word in either google or translate, the only thing it says is what the name Kyoko or kyouko means. What did you say/mean? :P
I'm already surprised at how much I've 'learned' since I started learning. I mean, sure, quite a bit of it is either wrong or vocab from wathing enough anime, but still :P

While technically anata is you, it is not used often, as it is seen as intimate, it is used by a married couple to refer to eachother, otherwise names are used
