@Willeke I am reminded of another reason I defer upvotes. An example - seems a better (or at least more interesting!) Q than most. I would have been happy to award +1, but deferred since I planned, and did, offer an A. Now it seems OP knew perfectly well what the A (seems as mine) is just got hold of something more than a decade old that would have suited him better.

Wasting my/other user's time by failing to mention the real Q certainly does not deserve my +1 :)
