@MeNoTalk for now, yes. Hopefully it all holds. Freakin' sore though.
@MeNoTalk generally in English you don't describe guys as petite, just girls
not sure why

@MeNoTalk i'm still struggling to recover from that loss

5 hours later…

our troll is here again, and he reviews post just like before - leave all questions open, reopen the closed, all new posts look ok

10:07 AM
@Dirty-flow who is that?

Marcel

I thought he left...
or is it she...

he was suspended for a year, but now he's back

whats his name now?
and what does he gain from sabotaging?

PERSONA NON GRATA

10:13 AM
is there a way to report review abuse?

flag some posts and explain the situation to the mods

or call them directly here...
@RoflcoptrException @mindcorrosive @ankur

That's a clever form of abuse
On the other hand, he can't really do that much damage that way

of course he can't, but still.. it is abuse..
his one vote is not enough to do anything.. but on the long run.. it might be..
Anybody watching the "Forver" TV show?
I watched 4 episodes,, not sure if I should continue or not..
@MarkMayo mark I did not mean to offend you, really. I thought it is a normal word that can be used with anyone. I see it a lot on small taxis in Morocco "Taxi Petite".. sorry mate.
@MarkMayo and glad you are ok.. and at the same time I start missing you in the answerathon's.. but JoErNano is there to be a pain in the butt..

10:28 AM
But in Morocco that could be French
Well, kind of, I think it's mostly “petit taxi”

yes, I was speaking French with mark :D
close enough ;)
@Relaxed in French, is it a word only to describe women?

English usage always made sense to me incidentally because “petite” is the feminine form

ooh.. wasn't aware that French is like Spanish, it has feminine and masculine forms..

“petit” (without an ‘e’ and usually without pronouncing the ‘t’) is masculine

In morocco I can manage speaking some form of Arabic, but when it comes to numbers, I totally have issues with that..

10:32 AM
You can use it to describe men allright, Napoléon is the “petit caporal”

and in Tunisia, the way to say time is really unique.. I find it difficult..
in Tunisia, they use "part" for the each five minutes.. so it is 6 and two parts.. which means 6:10.. or something like that...

French, Spanish, Italian, I think all romance languages have two genders and gender marks on adjectives
If you want some other disconcerting way to give time, try Dutch
Five before half ten is 9:25

in Arabic as well and other Semitic languages as well..
@Relaxed that's how us Hijazis say time :)
other parts in the Gulf area also use that technique..
so it sounds normal to me..

2 hours later…
12:51 PM
@MeNoTalk pain in the butt? me? You're just afraid of losing! :P
@Relaxed Greek has masculine feminine and neutral. Same as Latin only that we're not that many capable of speaking it.

1:15 PM
@JoErNanO German too but neither Greek nor German are romance languages…
Is there a romance language that retained that?
Apparently Romanian still has it
Yes, there is!
Was actually wondering about it this morning…

1 hour later…
2:35 PM
