@ortho @M.A.R. @Mith @Melanie @Mart @penta @heather Please suggest any additional Spring Cleaning FAQ questions you can think of.
Of course it would be lovely if you'd write them up (with answers.......), but I'm happy to tackle as much as I have time for.

3:56 AM
Also, I'm not confident of my "Philosophy / Procedures / Background" layout of the FAQ - suggestions welcomed.

Thoughts on this one, please.

Can you guys assign me to something. I'm a bit confused as to what to pick out. :P
Also, this post (new one.) I'm not sure I understand him. It seems the answerer does, though. Anyone want to edit the language in the question? chemistry.stackexchange.com/questions/71736/…

@MelanieShebel Have you looked at the GitHub project? You still show as 'invitation-pending'.
Also, see here if you haven't yet.
@Feeds @ortho @Mart Need a closehammer on this one. Too broad.

cleanup action: dropping in to note that I deleted this chemistry.stackexchange.com/questions/60070
@hBy2Py nope, I think I'll let community vote on it..
still -1... feels more unclear to me than broad

12:20 PM
@ortho Ooh, thanks for fixing those links. How do I get those instead of the new pagey ones?

@hBy2Py hmm... it was something I figured out by trial and error i think.

Heh, of course

I discovered it when I was doing the group theory tables.

btw, at least one of those 'back to TOC' links is going to the question itself, not the TOC answer

Oopsies
They seem to be working ok for me, did you change it already?

12:24 PM
Huh.
No, they're working now
Not sure what happened, may have been a brain fart

Ok, all's well then ;)
I find it rather irritating that there is no easy way to order the answers the way you want to.

Yep, is one of the downsides.

You have to manually edit them in reverse order (so if you want the answers to appear in the order 1,2,3,4,5, you edit 5, 4, 3, 2, 1) and then tell people to sort by active.
At least, the accepted answer is always at the top, so that's excellent for a TOC.

if i upvote all of these posts, I wonder if it will trigger any serial voting mechanism...

12:28 PM
Maybe not, since there's no rep gain on Meta?
Overall, what do you think of it?

Yeah, there's no incentive to. However, I was just curious.
The post?

yeah

It's looking great, I know it will take a while to fill in the stuff, but take your time

Most of the questions that are in the TOC are already filled out
(OCD late night....)

In addition, what "GO FFFFFF" refers to? Accessing the text linked teaches me "GO" is used for "graphene oxide", yet what is "FFFFFF" ? White graphene oxide (as "ffffff" is used in RGB colour space as "white")? — Buttonwood 6 mins ago

Please suggest any other questions you can think of, too.

Ahahaha
Nah, it's ok, not posting this for review, just thought it was funny :D

Yeah, I think I need to step away from it for a day or three, let the community respond to it for a bit and let me relax about it.

Mm.
I'll try to do up a little bit in my own time.

hello
@Feeds this can be removed from the room - someone already removed the homework tag in a cleanup action

@heather Mods like ortho have edit-in-place powers
The 'moved to Trash' thing is the most that regular room owners like me can do.

@hBy2Py Do you always leave such detailed revision comments?
I feel like at some point in time I used to, now half the time I can't be bothered...

@orthocresol Try to. 's what we're supposed to do, after all.
I edit ~infrequently enough it's not a big hassle.
