@J.Musser I did it!!!! Don't know how long it will last, but for the moment, it's awesome! Congratulations to me :))))))))))
@J.Musser One of your many cool answers - had already upvoted! @NiallC. Glad you pointed out your LH post too. It's great, and unique because that particular shape of jar is harder than most to clean. Good amount of upvotes and plenty of answers too. If you do more. let us know in here-I don't go to that site very often.
@Stephie Congratulations on choosing your new job. I think I read in the Frying Pan that you don't start until after January - will have to go back over there and check.
@Bamboo and @stormy I noticed you started a separate room to have a discussion. Those rooms are open to the general public, but the etiquette is not to read it, because it was obviously meant to be just between the two of you. I'll bet it's interesting and wonder if you'd allow me to read the transcript. Please feel free to say no - I won't be offended! I also won't go in, just read the transcript from outside. It's totally up to you. Hope you're having fun chatting!
@Stephie I just noticed in here that you start your new job in January. Gives you lots of time for holiday baking!
@J.Musser Strange - I thought I had already voted to close that, but my name doesn't show up - must have done something wrong. Maybe hit "leave open" by accident.

@Sue do you know anything about seed cover, or should I ask the sod farm just down the road what I should plant on a MIG pasture, and let them order it? I grew up with their grandkids, so I'll trust them to direct me properly

@Sue Congrats! That's not a small thing
@acoder Whats the soil type/location? Local farmers should no their stuff

@J.Musser It looks like long term tillage, but there hasn't been much studying from what I've seen. I would trust Gabe Brown, or Joel Salatin before I trust anyone from the USDA to give advice

10:26 PM
@acoder Joel Salatin is great
