@w3d Good point. We should probably create another tag with that name and make it a synonym of google-webmaster-tools, and edit the description to mention the renaming, and then merge the two tags later on as people stop referring to it as Google Webmaster Tools.
@StephenOstermiller My thinking was that Google and Bing's Webmaster Tools was helping to keep our name relevant, but I too am wondering if the term is too passé now for users to easily identify. Might be interesting to start a Meta discussion about that to see what others here think.
