@LucasTizma I think the semantic relationship between the items is unspecified, so it can be like と or whatever makes sense in context. It's not specific to speaking, though.

Zero coordination often occurs in writing.

I have a collection of examples, some from writing and some from speech.
Actually I see hear this a lot in this particular context. They'll rattle off a series of (English) words without any sort of connector...pausing slightly between each word before resuming normal speaking cadance.
May just be a false association I've made for loan words in this context.
