@Earthliŋ In my opinion your rewrite is too wordy and does not add any clarity to the question. Obviously we have different points of view on how to compose clear questions in English. If my question was in Japanese, would you object to it too? Are there published guidelines on questions style?
@jkerian On a different note, could you take a look at my answer to japanese.stackexchange.com/questions/42680/…. I cannot even follow the logic of the answer that was accepted.
@vel I am not confused, I just do not see logic in your answer. 感じられ時間 is a clear compound noun, but somehow you make it sound as if 感じられ is a predicate in the sentence.
As the OP didn't include a source I can't say this definitively, but I'm pretty sure they just forgot a comma between 感じられ and 時間. If you google search ”感じられ時間" for concordance, every instance on the first page (except for one from this site) is written as "感じられ、時間."
I actually just found the source of the quote (it's from a movie called 秒速5センチメートル). This was a line of dialogue/narration during the film and apparently there was a pause (at least long enough to be written with an ellipsis on this site phoenix-wind.com/maxim/anime/byousoku.php), so I'm 99% sure that it's not a compound noun.

@BouzuHarinezumi There does not necessarily need to be a comma.

I think it would normally be written with a comma, but (if we don't have audio as @vel has discovered) you have to look at what makes sense to figure out how to parse it as written.

If you look at the original question, they put it on four lines:
I noticed the space but I assumed it was a typo :) Spaces clearly show how to interpret this sentence. Thank you for looking into this. I will try to dig dipper next time.
