私がja.SOで「このプログラムが動きません」みたいな質問に回答するときは、最初に結論やすべきことを簡単に書いてから、<hr>で区切って詳しい原因を書いたり‌します。簡単な説明は添えても、基本的には用語はそのまま書いたほうが、むしろ自分で調べる際のキーワードにもなってよいと思います。

言語学にそれを求めるのはやりすぎかもしれませんが、プログラミングに関しては何か嵌まったなら、その原因や理屈を理解しておいた方が後々役に立つでしょうし、キーワード‌も知っておくと便利です。

あまりにややこしいときは「ここから先は難しければ読まなくても」といった注意書きを入れたりもしますが。

難しくて言ってることがわからない、でも知りたいからわかりやすく説明してほしい、というのは別の質問にできそうです。

On ELL, a user named StoneyB sometimes writes "Short answer: ..." at the top of the answer, then <hr>, then "Long answer: ..." I like that style :-)
