I think we use「朝っぱらから~~」when we talk about someone doing something that we don't expect them to do in the (early) morning, like 朝っぱらからお酒なんか飲んで。。。

That's what I wrote back then. (Actually, I wrote です instead of だ, hehe)

Well, I think it can be helpful to learn what is taught as prescriptively correct :-)

Also, when doing a writing test, would using ではない be more correct than じゃない

If a circle is described as Asin(theta) i + Acos(theta) j, where i and j are unit vectors in the horizontal and vertical direction,

how do I describe a length element along the circumference of the circle?

学校のwritten testや、提出するessayや小論文なら、「である」体なら「ではない」、「ですます体」なら「ではありません」だと思います

I've encountered anti-Korean sentiment on lang-8.com . Depending on what the person is like, my thoughts (usually not expressed) vary.

One user only posted anti-Korean journal articles out of 18 entries. My thoughts were "you aren't here to practice English, you're just here to either propagandize or troll". lang-8.com/424295/journals/…

But sometimes, I see people who are here to learn English, that also express anti-Korean sentiments.

And sometimes, my sentiment isn't so much "I wish you wouldn't write about that here", but "I wish you didn't think that about Koreans!"

And what surprises me is that these sentiments are coming from people who are practicing foreign languages. I would have expected such people to be less likely to be racist.
