Q: BRIDGE - STD. AMERICAN 2 OVER 1 GAME FORCE

nickThis maybe considered to be a foolish question by most but I am facing a genuine and major problem in my defense. My declarer play is fine but whilst defending I am unable to do so properly. I cant remember the bidding properly and therefore the point distribution among my partner, the declarer...

@Rainbolt Seems the kind that would end up that way -- it's interesting and broadly understandable.

@Rainbolt And panharmonicon is both widely used and pretty not understood.

I had no idea it could trigger from opponent's stuff entering the battlefield. But I haven't been playing standard lately...
@JonTheMon Your recent answer got 10 upvotes as well (and mine not far behind). That's also pretty high I think
(Ugh sorry for all the pings. I made a typo and then typo'd the typo.)

Okay, I ordered my answers by votes and there is definitely a trend. My older '14 and '15 answers have far less votes than my answers from this year.

@Rainbolt Well, as it has 1k views, it must have hit hot questions

@JonTheMon in my head i heard a scream of horror from my inner Editor-In-Chief

@diego I also like what they did with the reminder text for Improvise. Compare:
> Improvise. (Your artifacts can help cast this spell. Each artifact you tap after you're done activating mana abilities pays for {1}.)
> Convoke (Your creatures can help cast this spell. Each creature you tap while casting this spell pays for {1} or one mana of that creature's color.)
That "after you're done activating mana abilities" phrase they added counts for a lot toward clarifying confusions around Convoke. Like, here's a scenario people would be confused about with Convoke: can I cast Sundering Vitae, which costs {2}{G}, by tapping a green creature via convoke for {G}, then sacrificing that green creature to Ashnod's Altar for {2}? The answer to that is no, because you have to do mana abilities *before* you get to pay via convoke.
Improvise's flavour text makes that order of operations very clear.

Oh, I didn't notice that before. That's pretty nice
