Also because Blizzard don't want to be locked in to applying their rules consistently
They don't have solid ordering defined, or triggers, which was especially clear during the spells->minions tavern brawl
You could cast a spell (e.g. your minions get +1/+1) and casting it would create a minion on-cast, which would get the +1/+1; that on its own is fine
but then if that minion had an effect that triggered on spell cast
it would trigger on the spell that it was created by

I guess you could also ask why DotA 2 dotesn't have a comprehensive rules
Samthere has a point, because I know DotA 2 rebalances and changes mechanics all the time

@Rainbolt On the bright side after spending $88k on packs you would have 332k extra cards that you could sell to lower your overall cost

This is true. But since the OP won't respond about how much effort he is willing to put forth trading and selling extras, it doesn't make much of a difference.
He never answered your question either, and you were pretty quick to ask it

I know, and both of our questions together can drastically change the answer, since according to MTGStocks the average pack value of a Khans pack is $1.83 @TCGPlayer low and $3.11 @ TCGplayer mid, so if you can get packs for close to that amount and were willing to fairly aggressively sell/trade it could be better (or at least less bad) to buy packs (assuming of course that one time has no value)

Why do I even both posting on SO anymore? I was like ten minutes late... stackoverflow.com/q/32401866/3224483
Beaten by a code dump
Not that this is a competition for me or anything

Your answer is 35 minutes newer than the other
But you'll probably get some votes anyway

I doubt it. SO moves on fairly quickly
Thousands of questions go unanswered
OPs get the solution and run
By unanswered I mean an answer is never accepted

Yeah, that's true. And that is the asker's first question

Mostly, the only way I've managed to get significant amounts of rep on SO is by refreshing the "New Questions" page and answering questions within a few minutes of when they're posted.
