By the way, in case anyone cares, I created a chat room subscribed to the Uncharted Realms RSS feed.
I didn't do that in here because I didn't think enough people would be interested.
The primary purpose is to get a little update on the side of this screen when there's a new story, but it can also be used for talking about Magic lore
Basically, I'm using the StackExchange chat functionality as an overly complicated feed reader

Bleh, I hate Hearthstone questions sometimes ><

@Waterseas why?

Because people don't take into account that it is a video game and thus is programmed, allowing for interactions that sometimes don't make sense.

Oh, now I see the question you commented on. That's kind of a problem with any part of the site, people make assumptions without testing.
But it doesn't seem like that would be too hard to test with a little effort and a friend, and then the correct answer should bubble to the top

It would be very easy to test with a friend. Issue is, am at work right now XD Also don't really know many people who play hearthstone. Not sure if I own Twisting Nether either, but should still be doable with just hellfire.

I mean in general. Someone should be able to test it, and Arqade usually values and upvotes well-tested answers

6:40 PM
Mmhmm. Just wish people WOULD test it before posting an answer.
And more importantly, that answers wouldn't be accepted until they have hard, concrete proof, either screenshot or video.

Yeah. I'm kind of surprised there isn't some equivalent to the MTG Comp Rules
@Waterseas Yeah, good luck with that
For most questions, it's enough for the answer to be verifiable. You don't really need proof

Yep. Especially considering things like the Effect Precedent aren't ever explained in the game to my knowledge. Primary reason I've gotten a number of up votes on it I'm sure.
True, but I'm sure they're accepted before being verified.

@Waterseas well, that's something we have no control over

Unfortunately not

Hearthstone probably doesn't have a comp rules because the game calls the shots. In Magic, humans call the shots, and they need guidance.
