@DoubleAA Replacing a character with its ampersand escape? I can't think of a justification for such an edit (except for nonprinting characters and those (like NBSP) that look very similar to other more common characters — but neither is the case here).
I had one of those amazing only-in-Israel moments last night. I was sitting outside the supermarket at the strip mall, when i heard maoz tzur being sung. I look over and i see the H&O department store right next door lighting candles in their storefront window. Just amazing. Happy Chanukah and Shabbat Shalom everyone.
