@TheOne I don't know either. In your situation I might be tempted to ask: "My plane gets in at 3:00. What would be the best way for me to get to (wherever you're meeting)?" That gives her the option to say "I'll give you a ride" if she wants, or direct you to public transit or a taxi otherwise.
@IsaacMoses On reading the question, I thought not of male dominance over the steering wheel and certainly not of religious values but of imposition in asking a near-stranger (and perhaps lack of gallantry in asking a woman) to do manual labor for you. Depending on how nearly she's a stranger, of course. cc @TheOne
