I'm not at all caught up here in chat, but
I have no idea what is meant by this question. That is -- maybe I'm stupid but -- I have no idea what's unclear to the asker about the Rashi in question. Nonetheless, Ypnypn seems to have hit the nail on the head, in that his/her answer was accepted with thanks.
