However, as I indicated in comments, I feel it does somewhat answer the question (although the question is borderline overly-broad as worded, which is contributing to my feeling that the answer addresses it).
I also feel the answer is generally very low quality, despite having a positive score (currently).
I'm currently leaning towards not deleting the answer, but I am not certain of that decision.

@Beofett I'd have to agree. I think it is -okay- as an answer. Poorly written, and your comments highlight the issue, but I don't think it is delete-worthy as such
