@goldPseudo, in respect to deletion of my answer, do you thought the mentioning of the phenomena of takfir was propaganda? But isn't that common knowledge? and how do you determined whether my instance on Saudi was propaganda? what if I could present a lot of evidence for Saudi role in violence in the region?
I also chose to present the latter as a personal opinion not fact. So calling it propaganda was unfair.
Also since part of the answer is in indeed of political nature should the answers be totally silent on the political side of the issue?
Takfir is about declaring a group as infidel. The ISIS for example in no uncertain terms have declared all world governments as infidel or mushrik and practices violence against those who refuse to recognize their declared state.
A takfiri (Arabic: تكفيري takfīrī) is a Muslim who accuses another Muslim (or an adherent of another Abrahamic faith) of apostasy. The accusation itself is called takfir, derived from the word kafir (infidel), and is described as when "one who is, or claims to be, a Muslim is declared impure."
The act of accusing other Muslims of being takfiri has itself become a sectarian slur particularly since the outbreak of the Syrian Civil War in 2011, as when used by Shi'a groups such as Hezbollah to refer to a Salafi Sunni sect.
