@scruss I wasn't trying to invalidate anything :( or hurt anyone's feelings about their use cases, lol. I was just trying to be honest with people who may be potentially drawn to it for the wrong reasons. Like let's be honest: If you have a brain in your head with a bit of understanding about what a computer is, and you buy a single core 700 Mhz machine for $35, you probably are going to have a realistic understanding of what all that adds up to and it is not a disappointment. It wasn't

a disappointment for me and it wasn't for you. That's great.

But what I said about those limitations is true. I think it is sort of redundant in the same sense that pointing out a hatchback isn't a pickup truck, but there is no harm in that.

Either the OP sees the redundancy I'm pointing out and so it doesn't matter, or else some bells go off. Which is then a fair warning. Like: Hey, I like my smartphone, but if I tried to do what I do on my desktop much of the day -- I would have a lot of serious problems, and the same is true of the pi. Much of it is is simply impossible. However, that doesn't mean it applies to everyone, just that is should be pointed out, "Hey, I'm someone who actually needs and uses a pickup all day

for serious purposes. I do not just own it because I like beefy shiny things. And I am telling you what I see the value of a hatchback is in relation." Not that they are useless, stupid, or people who use them all day for whatever purpose are fools. Just we are not doing the same thing, if that's what you are doing, and there are things that do require a pickup in relation.

Like preferably one of those big 'us with 4 wheels on the back axle and can drive through walls, etc.
