There is a new tag . According to list of new tags it was created 31 minutes ago and it already contains 19 questions. It was probably created by Michael Lugo. The tag-info is empty.

I am not saying that it is necessarily a bad tag. Perhaps it turns out that this new tag is useful.
But in general I do not think that it is good to retag many questions immediately after tag creation.
I'd say it is good to leave some time for other users to notice the new tag, which also gives them opportunity to post on meta, if they think that the tag should be removed. (And there are not that many posts to be removed, if the tag is not added too quickly. Not that long ago about 70 posts were bumped by adding and removing the tag when tag was created and the removed: chat.stackexchange.com/transcript/3740/2017/1/4 )

Now it has 23 questions. At least that user slowed down a bit - so that not too many old posts are bumped in short time span.
Maybe somebody posted a comment pointing out explicitly problem with bumping too many posts...?
