For me the following two things seem like indicators that nonnegativity is not a very good tag:

1) The logical next step would be adding positivity and global-positivity. Which seems like splitting closely related things into four separate tags.

2) Any inequality $A\ge B$ can be transformed to $A-B\ge0$. So with a bit of stretch we could say that it is the same as inequality.

@AsafKaragila I think we do have much worse tag than that. But it would be nice if the tag-creator or somebody knowledgeable created the tag-wiki.
