@Wipqozn Yes. Anyone you send off the tula to do things will gain experience and see stats improve - combat if they get into a fight. Custom if they negotiate a treaty or bring gifts or ask for favors or whatever. Bargaining if they make trades or establish routes. Leadership under... lots of circumstances. etc. etc. etc.

So it sounds like having two ring leaders that are good in bargaining would be ideal, so long as you have room in your ring. That way you always have one of them around to give advice, but can still increase their skills by sending them away.

Early game, I put the best bargainer on the ring, and then send the second best away non stop. Eventually, said second best bargainer will probably surpass the one on the ring, and that's okay, but I generally won't switch them unless I'm reorganizing anyway (to replace a dead personal, or to adjust gender ratios, or to make room for a different skill setup for some reason)

This is probably going to be my worst effort:upvote ratio answer ever. :/

@Wipqozn It's possible to 'form a new tradition' of all male or all female rings, but you have to suffer through years of penalties to do it, and the benefit is basically nil, since you'll then have trouble managing a diversity of deities and skillsets.

(i.e. all female rings will often have trouble with warleaders, since Vingans are rare and Odyalans tend to be pretty mediocre, and with law speakers since, in game at least, all Lhankorites are male - presumably since bearded lady art would look silly - while all male rings would have trouble with plants/animals since Barntarites are awful and boring.)

in other news, I got SimCity to run via RDP

what I have to do, is run the game before leaving for work

and then get to work before it idle disconnects from the server

and then play it nonstop all day so that it doesn't disconnect

Q: Battlelog weapon tab doesn't show unlocks

Recently I've encountered a small problem at Battlelog weapon tab with some weapons(standard weapons of each class I think). As you can see here, Battlelog says that I don't have any more unlocks for AK-74M, but if you look at its' unlocks, you will see that there is a Rifle Scope(6x) at 300 k...

Basically you use sorting machines primarily to paint items, then route items with paint/filters

@fredley Yes because it sends too many items out. The destination fills up before they all get there.

Then it has to send them back.

And it ends up getting clogged with one of the two items it needs

So it never outputs the 2nd.

@fredley No they don't, a sorting machine is just a filter that can handle more items and use multiple colors. Anything a filter does a sorting machine can do equally well if not better.
