I'm just trying hard to reach some of my fitness/health goals this year... I did my first goal of 6 minute mile, another goal of improved 5k time

I'm aiming now for 5:30 mile and under 200lbs

Given that I'm 6'5" it's a healthy weight goal

I'd really like to get my 5k time under 20 minutes but I'm not sure how reasonable that is

I had Flintstones and Tom and Jerry on Boomerang, which was Cartoon Network's "classic" cartoon channel. Think I had some Popeye videos at some stage too. Crunchy is good unless you have 300kbps-700kbps. I just torrent now, however I'll switch back to crunchy (and upgrade to premium) when the ISPs drop the fair use limits.

TBH I prefer Kidz TV's Anime block when watching with my sister. It usually has turkish sub or dub. I usually prefer english subs when watching alone
