@AshleyNunn I prepared a quick word document with answers to questions on that meta (to answer quickly if asked through comments etc). I might just put that to onedrive and put the link in the nomination message to prevent comment flood asking questions I already have answers for.

I need to start finishing Mei's targets with melee instead of an icicle if they're sufficiently low health

Speaking of icicles, I outsniped a widow as Mei. That was very satisfying

I bet you could get two melee attack in before they unfreeze

I'm pretty sure you can't because of how long the time between melees is for most characters

But icicle+melee is a good combo

@Sterno are melee attacks even any good? I have melee'd some characters multiple times in a row and they killed me, because I was hardly doing any damage

The main reason to use them is for burst damage

Some weapons with an exceptionally low ROF (like Roadhog's shotgun) you can hook - shot - melee and kill most weaker characters before they can move.

@twobugs so, unless your weapon rate of fire is slower than the animation of melee, don't bother?

I don't know of many other character off the top of my head but if someone is low and you're almost out of ammo, I'd melee and then reload

If you can't kill them with the melee then it probably doesn't matter. It's just something to consider

@Chippies If they're almost dead and your'e close, sure, Guaranteed damage

@twobugs To be fair, "Why should I vote for you?" is actually a pretty good question. It puts the nominees on their toes and makes them have to sell themselves.
