Q: Why might Ironsides and the USS constitution be hostile with me?

Q: Fallout 4 Mods disable on launch

The newest fallout 4 update 1.5.157 added mod support. I have an issue where everytime i open the game i have to go into the mods menu and reenable my mods every single time. I have 135 esps and esms, so you can see the issue i have. Is it supposed to be like this or is it not working properly?

Well, they're very closely edged out of first place by xiaolongbao (you might know them as soup dumplings).

Actually, go get soup dumplings. They're even more amazing.

They're called soup dumplings because there's actually small amounts of broth/soup on the inside.

So to eat them, you make a small bite and drink the soup inside.

I like the sound of soup dumplings but I read once how to make them and they sound really really tricky :(

@AshleyNunn For the frozen stuff, it's not that hard. Just get the steamer to a boil, put them on, and start checking after 5-7 minutes.

They'll go from a solid white to a sorta yellowish color and puffed up.

When you take them off the heat, the skin will contract.

@Unionhawk the use of the term 'Coney' is an Ohio/Michigan thing mostly.

Everywhere else just uses Hot Dog or some variation on that which reflects the toppings being used (chili dog, chili cheese dog, chese dog, Chicago dog, etc.)

@AshleyNunn there is a subset of chili that is basically a meat sauce that can be used as a condiment. It is, of course, sub par chili when used as such.

Well, I'd imagine that to do these events, you'd set up your schedule well in advance, clearing and postponing certain appointments and such as well as making travel arrangements. And then the event get cancelled the day of because one of your colleagues, who happens to be the only female (or other protected class), couldn't make it.

I'd personally be disinclined to make arrangements for another event myself.

The reasoning for the cancellation is what's bothering me: "We regret presenting an all-male panel". Yes, men are over-represented in the gaming industry. Yes, that is a problem. But this definitely seems like a completely backwards way to solve it.

and the articles i've read are unclear as to if the diversity requirement is something at the university level (so it was out of the dept char's hands as to whether to cancel or not) or just a department policy, rather than just "let me piss off these industry bigwigs to make a point"
