My Fallout 4 character is starting to feel schizophrenic. My wife started playing sometimes, but all she does is go places, take everything not nailed down, and them come back and use the materials to build a base. So I might be outside the door of the guy who kidnapped my son, save, quit, and come back the next day and find I'm in my bed with 30 pairs of handcuffs, completely out of ammo, and wearing a sequin dress.

So I downloaded the shaders mod that works with optifine and for every shader in the pack of shaders there is a "error: invalid program composite" and "error: invalid program final". But the game would need to be open world enough that it'd actually have an effect.

Maybe there are only like 100 games or something. And every time you load it up you join one that's free.

I like the idea of it being a sort of open-world rpg type game

But when you log out and in again, you're somebody else

So you basically have a pool of characters shared by a group of people.

So you have to read their quest log and work out what to do, or not

You'd need to truncate low-level join then leave type characters to keep it exciting, stop it getting flooded

The objective is still the same: complete all the quests. The difference is you won't be doing them in order

And if that happens, reroll one playsession, and give the player a bad mark, if too many bad marks are gathered, throw that player into a pool full of trolls.

@fredley Absolutely. To some degree, but there will be people that ruin every character deliberately on every playsession they do.

That way people can't scum, and you get some level of persistence for a day without worrying about d/cs

ANd that would not be fun.

I'm always annoyed I come up with these ideas, but then the idea is the easy(ish) part. The hard part is that it also requires a full rpg.

@Dragonrage You are allowed to answer it, and possibly get positive or negative rep from doing so. probably positive rep. downvote/upvote as wanted. Not everyone is good at googling stuff, so that doesn't mean it's low quality, although it has a higher chance for being so.
