Standing with his stalkers near my base somewhere, I get attacked with Mutalisks.
He doesn't react to the System Ping, he doesn't react to my Pings; I finally typed it up in chat "wake up [player name], can you attack those Mutalisks?"
Then after the game, QQs some more. sigh After he has cracked me down by telling how I'm not of a very high rank, I showed him that his 3 wins in 1v1 Gold and 25 wins as a Zerg. And then he just started raging... block.
Well, on the other hand after playing a bunch of 1v1s they can't blame me using my rank anymore. ^^

In Fallout New Vegas, I would like to get La Longue Carabine from Corporal Sterling, but am unsure how. I have very low sneak, and it doesn't even appear in his inventory to be stolen, is there any easy way to get this weapon that does not involve angering the NCR?
He started off with a loss streak of 10, then all the rest of he games he has an abnormal high win rate and my game was like the 8th game of a win streak.
He seemed to have lost the game after mine though...
Still, very annoying if his scouting Probe is so lucky.

The delay field going from "4 mins" to "3 mins" is a perilous adventure between "10 mins", "50 mins", "3½ hours", "Indefinite delay", a bunch of blank fields (you never know!) and "30 seconds" (really?!)

Well, I see why it's registering like it is. Somehow, when I was working on BuiltinVotes and changing the 7 functions that votes pass through, I missed copying the part that says "only tabulate this vote if it's not set to VOTE_PENDING."
@badp Not exactly. It was a quality test; a global conspiracy by keyboard manufacturers to test which gamers have the strongest and fastest fingers and/or the weakest and cheapest keyboards. Successfully unilaterally changing the map made you eligible for phase 2.

No, ghosts can only nuke outside the bunker, this may be due to the way they have to target the nuke. Bunkers only protect your men and give them 1+ range boost.
