We need to take into account following. When someone is asking on Q&A it is not required to ask users to have some reputation in order to be able to ask - because most of these people are beginners and they are learning. So they may ask "easy" questions. On documentation however, people contrib...

the 4 C# programs I can write from memory were already there so I gave up.

Indeed participation in Documentation probably involves negative reputation for everyone involved because you can get so many more reps by answering duplicate questions a million times

Asking a minecraft question - requires 10 rep. Asking a minecraft mod question with a crash log - 100 rep. Asking a modded minecraft mod question - Only John Skeet may do this.

I guess my experience is different in the perl tag since the mental model is such a clusterfuck

all this "you must have X rep to do docs" really bothers me, as a person who finds it easier to add to documentation than to answer Q&A in a topic fairly saturated already

Looking at the details of my Pokemon, I see a blank space between the date I caught it and the "transfer" button. What is this used for? Should something be in this space that I'm not seeing? I'm using an iPhone 6 running iOS 9.1 and Pokemon GO version 1.0.3.
