Q: Does Threatening Shout: Falter stack?

As far as I understand, Strongarm Bracers stack additively when multiple people pull enemies. In Patch 2.3, Threatening Shout: Falter has been redesigned so to "Enemies take 25% increased damage from all sources for 6 seconds". Does this stack with multiple party members, like Strongarm does? Q: Is it safe to modify the figure part of an amiibo?

For Super smash bros 4, I want to buy a Mii amiibo. I don't like the design of the Mii Fighter, so I want to cut off the top and make my own design. I have a feeling this is not safe and wiil damage the amiibo, so this is why I am asking this.

Which is what the rest of the layers are overlaid on, giving a more even texture throughout.

Q: Where can I read all of the loading screen tips?

For Fallout Shelter I've seen a lot of helpful tips flash by on the loading screens, but haven't found a log or list of them in the options menu in the game so I can read through all the tips. I've checked the Survival guide that has 22 pages in-game, but it doesn't have those nifty tips I keep ...
