Whenever I sign out of Bloodborne or play offline, I notice my messages ratings never seem to change. Does this mean other players can only see my messages if I am actively playing online?

Checking other players' messages only show you have many people have rated a message but not the number of pure/foul votes. In Dark Souls, there was the Seek Guidance miracle that allowed you to see other players' true ratings. Does something like that exist in Bloodborne?
