my wife is on EI, because she's a substitute teacher, so every time she comes home from work, she counts as laid off. For immigration purposes, she's not considered on welfare

@Yuuki It put up a valiant effort, and it was all for naught.

This is just hearsay, but there may have been a valve that was under performing, which lead to the crash. It should be rather clear that the control of the engine gimbal was far from optimal, and I could see how a bad valve could cause that.
