Q: What do we do with answers that don't completely answer the question?

This question had me wondering what we do with answers that only partially answer the question. I can't flag it for anything, but at the same time, I can't really edit it without making it like the other answer. So what exactly would be the right thing to do?

This isn't what I was thinking of, but this also does mention that flagging isn't the right thing to do.

One super common flag denial reason is "Only flag things that require moderator attention." (worded slightly differently). Things that are legitimate issues (a post that needs to be closed, for example, or an answer that needs to be deleted) don't always require moderator attention (like those two I just said).

Because non-moderator users can do those things.

It's one of those things. Dupe answers happen. Theyre not inherently bad. Now if someone is plagiarizing stuff, that's a different matter.

If the media tool fails, it'll probably start over, same with iso, but if you just get iso, you can burn it to USB over and over as much as you want

Q: Fallout 4 can i take the castle without doing the quest?

I have recently started fallout but i am kinda stuck. I can't find a clear answer so i thought maybe one of the diehards could help me out. Q: What can block finding a csgo game?

Since 3 days I can't figure out why I can't play a game with friends. When I start a game alone, works. When I make/join a lobby we can't find any servers. It only says "Searching Servers..." and the expected wait time just raises to over 9000... But I've started CS:GO on my Macbook and it work...

All right, so here's the situation: Thwomp Ruins and Cheep Cheep Beach crash in what seems to be randomly in Grand Prix mode at 100cc. The hope is to be able to run them in grand prix at all, to unlock tracks, but if nothing else, to run them at all, or see if they run in VS mode for Saturday

Q: How many "friendly NPC" kills until the game can no longer be finished?

I would like to shoot dead every NPC with stupid dialog or with stupid fetch quest but every NPC around just tries to kill me immediately (only tried this in Diamond City and those security guards are tough). Did anybody tried that and succeeded in somehow playable and FUN game?

Q: If I find a Bobblehead early will I be unable to raise my SPECIAL to 11?

I know if you have a Strength of 10 and find the Strength Bobblehead you can get to 11, but what if I find the Bobblehead earlier. Say I find it when my Strength is 9. Do I have Strength 10 or Strength 9+1? Basically, should I wait to go searching for Bobbleheads until I've maxed out a stat, or...

There was mention of being able to set up a WAN VPN, without need of a DNS, so I've been searching for possibilities of doing so (with no experience in this area whatsoever)

See, that last part basically sounds like IP routing. Which is already foundational functionality of IP

@Ben oh, Site-to-site might mean something there: that you can establish a connection without name resolution (DNS). It probably requires specific software on both sides
