@Yuuki The start is plot-heavy, yes. But you'll also need some good old fashioned grinding.

There are a couple of fights that are notoriously bad pacing wise. After that the whole series as it is on Steam plays rather smoothly.

When the time of grinding comes, hunt down the orange dots on the minimap.

You can use that to leave a dungeon immediately.

I'd be surprised if you didn't have ANY.

@Chippies since you invested a lot of gems into miners: upgrade your regal statue. That eats miners like nothing. And gives quite a nice amount of gems back

Also: your quarry has a chance to pay out with a free alchemist. and that's pretty awesome, as buying them costs millions of gems after a bit.
