@James It's not. The two levels past a boss are a little slower, but the two levels past that (the two before the next boss) are better gold/minute than the previous boss.
It's always worth farming on the highest non-boss level you can get to.
@StrixVaria I went back and forth between the levels of 36-44
The boss at level 40 always held a higher G/M ratio on the stats page
As soon as I could do 45 in <30s it jumped and holds steady at around 12m G/M
I dunno, just what I have seen so far.
The others were close, do not get me wrong to say its a huge advantage. But at that level it kept around 300 or so above levels with the level 36-37 dropping almost 1000
45 to 48 shows the same thing, 45 i know I am getting just over 12m G/M
48 it showing me about 10m G/M

Also noted that since my clicking is 1/50th of my DPS that my clicking isnt all that useful except in boss fights :D

whoever is playing clickerheroes, there was an update that added a button to get all the available upgrades, I suggest you not use it, because it does not add the skills to your skill bar and you can't get them until next ascension

I'm trying out Steam Music right now and I"m trying to get the sound to an audible level.
However for some reason it seems the volume seems very muted, despite the fact the volume level bar is at the max.
How do I fix this?

@spugsley Actually, now that I've finished it, I've changed my mind about it. It's pretty bad. My main complaints are that the characters blend together, the mystery is artificial (the author holds back information for no good reason), the reveal is confusingly written, and for a book that seems like it's going to be so cool, it's really pretty unimaginative. I've repaired a bunch of toasters, but keep finding seemingly worthless items like Toast (duh!), Preparation G, Spray Paint, etc..
Are these items for anything specific? If so, what items can I find in toasters, and what do I do with each of them?
@badp Well, usually, you get to explore the dungeon a bit (branching paths, little secrets, etc), but in this game. There is exactly 1 big, explorable area. And this is 30 hours into the game.
And guess what? This area is not even really story critical.
There are tons (well all of) sidequests, though, but you don't really need them.
I feel like every Final Fantasy after X should've dropped the Final Fantasy name. As their own games, they may have been received better. But people have come to expect certain things from FF games, and it isn't anything like 11-13.3
@5pike I think they learned something from the success of Bravely Default. They learned that old school JRPGs are still popular. I read something about them being surprised by it, and wanting to go back to more of that style. But it's hard to scrap a project eight years in the making, re: 15.
@badp I disagree with @5pike. It's not an RPG in the sense that you get to manage character growth and a lot of battle is automatic, yes. You dictate the flow of battle more than the individual actions of the battle. The story isn't that bad. The characters are meh I'll agree. The battle system is hit or miss depending on how you like battle to go. The long winding corridors just mean it's linear. Linear isn't automatically a bad thing in a game.
@StrixVaria Yes, if there was something to do in those corridors, but there isn't. It's just, "go from entry to exit, fight random encounters, rinse-repeat"
