GEMA generally assumes there is a copyright to enforce, unless the uploader can definitively prove that is not the case.

And, for uploaders, the way Google handles this is actually beneficial. As far as I know, a GEMA lock will not trigger a copyright strike - and since GEMA will no longer file a claim on behalf of the content creator, Google gets less workload for sifting through claims, and the uploader gets no claim against them.

Q: Any way to fix the horrible performance?

So to anyone who bought Watch_Dogs on release date for PC would have been extremely disappointed to find that their top notch gaming rigs can't even sustain a smooth 30fps on low-mid settings. All fingers pointed to ubisoft and their rubbish port from console to PC causing these performance issue...

@MattЭллен Because it's error number 080047, followed by an ASCII 0 (hex code '37' for the '7' and '00' for the C end-of-string), but upon string concatenation the ASCII 0 got into the middle of a string and the renderer got confused and picked an Unicode (technically, UTF-16) character.

That's what happens when you mix ancient C code with semi-modern GUI elements and renderers.

Actually, no. Of you're Chinese you get a feel for what sort of words are ancient and obsolete.

Sort of how an English speaker can tell at a glance that a random jumble of letters are just that and not actual words without having to parse the whole thing
