Q: Playing TimeLapse on Windows 7 32 bit

I have just downloaded TimeLapse: Ancient Civilizations on my Windows 7 professional, 32 bit computer. The game is working but the graphics are poor. (My graphics are great on other games.) I was also having crashes, but I think I have fixed those. I am playing in compatibility mode of Windows XP...

Today on What The Hell Is Going On In Ukraine?, Russia's own Council on the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights claims it has found evidence that the Crimean referendum was falsified.

The referendum, for those that don't know, was held to supposedly determine whether Crimeans wanted to stay as a part of Ukraine or get annexed by Russia (essentially).
