Q: Diablo 3 Witch Doctor Base Intelligence difference

I have two level 60 witch doctors. I'm playing the console version. One of them has about 16k intelligence with no gear, and the other has about 7k, also with no gear. Why? Is it because I leveled the 16k one up at a higher paragon level?

@Fluttershy I explained this all to FAE--if you want to play DLC you might just wanjt to play it ASAP in THVM then use a save editor to scale any unique weapons to your level later. IMO it's no longer sensible to wait until max level (after 3 playthroughs) to do sidequests/DLC. And waiting for UHVM for DLC will make the enemies pretty bullet spongy

Mana was pointless before, because you just had so much of it.

I'd just send 1000-2000 of it to AI players to make them ally with me. It was silly.

I love all the changes that make it so early and mid game last longer.

The changes in populations required for city tiers, increased settler cost, and additional buildings added for productin t3 and t4 class units are all fantastic.

The balance changes to T4 units themselves are great too.

I was initially thinking I'd just keep it off, but then I realized it does have one benefit that I like. Currently, if you take a players throne and then encounter their leader in battle you only need to kill their leader to win the game. So even if they have a huge army you can just focus on their leader and win. This ensures you can't do that anymore.
