@spugsley We contacted a company to see how much it would cost to have the whole yard cleaned of leaves, and were quoted a price. It sounded good, so we asked them when the earliest we could be scheduled in was. They suggested a date, and asked if that would work. We weren't certain we would be around, or that we would have the money, so we hadn't responded to that email. A couple weeks later, we received an invoice from them.
We hadn't ever agreed to have them come out, we had been there the morning they said they came out (which was different than the date they suggested), and the backyard was locked, so they couldn't possible have cleaned up the leaves from there. I of course called them to figure out what was going on, and at first it seemed like they were willing to work with us.
Then she started making excuses. "Oh, we don't usually do beds." She claimed that her records showed her crew of 4 men took an hour to clean our quite small front yard, and so we had to pay the full amount. Her last communication was that if we didn't pay she'd take us to court.
We replied to that with a certified letter outlining our points, and telling them to remove the invoice
We haven't heard back, and haven't received a court summons, so we think she gave up when she realized we were ready and willing to fight it
Too bad, too, we had such a mountain of evidence it would have been funny

@OrigamiRobot No, what that means is that they tuned the RNG so that, on average, you get a leg every 2 hours (actually I heard they tried to tune it for 90 minutes). Then if you're way over time, they start the timer. That's what all the official posts I've read add up to.

If 99% of the population never experiences this, that means that 99% of the time you don't have a leg timer active at all.

If the leg drop rate "slowly starts increasing" then it affects you, so to be in that 99%, the leg rate can't have increased at all.
