@BenBrocka It doesn't pick up until an hour or two itno the game. You could dump 50 hours into it and get a lot of enjoyment, but you wouldn't have experience close to all the content. If you want to avoid dumping 100+ hours into it then it might just better not to pick it up, since it has a way of sucking you in.

Decapitation gives you a chance (a pretty goodly chance at that) to instantly kill any target when their HP is low enough.

Farmers have an innate feat that makes them more likely to decapitate. It's mostly meant because they're good with scythes, but it has the hilarious side effect of making them great snipers.

You're basically supposed to be punching and kicking things. Probably equipping those gloves and boots that improve Martial Arts skill. And if you're lucky, claws also work nice (they count as shields so you still count as unarmed).

I did find a nice claw once. Then I accidentally read a scroll of teleport, wound up in a small room, and used the rod of summon monsters trying to get out.

I was slain before I could use my rod of teleporting to get the newly summoned monsters away / dig myself out
