@Wipqozn KODP is set in Glorantha, which is an enormously detailed setting for PnP role playing games.

The level of detail involved in Glorantha's cultures and history seriously puts just about any other constructed world you've ever seen to shame.

The guy who created and maintains it is an Anthropologist and it shows.

I mean, there's also this, to give you an idea of how detailed this world is.

(Understanding the basics of Glorantha lore can go a long way to getting better at some aspects of KODP - particularly heroquesting if you aren't interested in spoilers for those, and understanding the motivations of your clan ring based on their gods.)

For instance, Ernaldans worship a relatively hippy-dippy mother goddess earth deity type, but said goddess also has a twin sister named Maran Gor who they can call upon to summon earthquakes and wilt the crops of their enemies.

(Or, my favorite Maran Gor blessing, allowing you to water your crops with the blood of your foes for increased fertility.)

I'm still early in the campaign, and the only unit I can spawn from Larvae are Zerglings, which die en masse to the Hellions, Hellbats, and Firebats roving the map, and are utterly useless against the wraiths and vikings that appear, given that they can't attack air. @RavenDreamer Essentially, in Glorantha, one of the primary means of interacting with the divine is to perform heroquests in which people reenact the myths of the gods - except they aren't so much reenacting them, as they are inhabiting them, and if they do things differently, they can actually change reality in the process at times. Usually, this happens unintentionally when someone fucks up - but the God Learners did it deliberately, and repeatedly.

Still, even with the enormous amount of smuggling and evasion, NYS smoking rates have dropped much faster than the national average, which says that as a policy, it's working. Cigarette taxes aren't about generating revenue, they're about discouraging smoking.

Q: How do I manage Larvae in the Campaign maps?

I've already noticed that Swarm Queens lack the "Spawn Larvae" ability in the HotS campaign. Spawning additional larvae is a huge issue when playing Zerg in multiplayer -- what gives? Do I have to build another hatchery if I want more than three Larvae?
