We don't - and shouldn't - reward this kind of behaviour, plain and simple. Whether that means refusing to vote at all or downvoting based on the last revision by the user themself depends, in my opinion, just on the voter's view on enforcing site policy.

I ordered the Last of us as a digital download... the download approximately is 26GB... now, is it possible to download it via ps3 proxy server?? cuz from what i heard, TLOU uses a special installer , roughly 200mb and then it starts downloading the game.. any insights would be much appreciated...
