Q: Can I access Diablo III pre-load without being force to purchase it directly from Battle.Net?

I found our local retailer with better price for digital copy of Diablo III. He will start distributing them on 00:01 5/15/2012 - I would like to have the game pre-installed and just activate it later. Is it possible for me to pre-download the game client from Battle.net if I have not purchased...

it's actually pretty cool on tablets, you can pretty easily hook up a keyboard and mouse and transition to typical PC use

@StrixVaria There's no start menu, but you can pin items to your metro start page, so unless you use 20 apps, you should be fine. And you have the taskbar + desktop. And you can simply go to the metro start page and start typing to get what you want. Search is a lot better than even in Windows 7
