I ask because I think you have a thing about spoilers, not to mention that you're into the whole play-in-order aspect, I don't know whether you'd consider seeing the firepower and capabilities of the specific character as a technical spoiler or not.
@FallenAngelEyes Can't you just DL them through less than legal means, and then buy them when they become available? I'm normally not one for DLing games in that manner, but considering you would only be doing it because you are unable to find a vendor with them in stock (and intended to buy them when they come in) I wouldn't see any ethical problems with it.

Valve's done a Halloween update for two years straight now, I only assume they will for a third. It's one of two "official" holidays in game, and the other was only done this year.

My main point are the international fees, I can send money to any bank account in Germany without paying anything, but if you send it abroad it gets really expensive.

@GnomeSlice We also need to consider game type. I'm thinking that each round of matches will use the three different game types, with each game using a specific type. For example, round 1 each match would do the following: Game 1: Dark Hostage Game 2: Dark Secure Game 3: Dark Charge

As was mentioned in @GnomeSlice's answer in Game On!, him and I will organizing a Frozen Synapse tournament instead of including it as part of our regular game on schedule.
Our reasoning for this is that since Frozen Synapse is (currently) 1v1 only we were concerned it wouldn't lend itself well...
