@Kate I just noticed your deleted question about Shin Splints, as someone who get's such complaints nearly every year, I've found that changing my running style (running with more minimalistic shoes) has given me the largest improvement

This is coming from someone who's father makes orthotics/orthopedic shoes and who worked at a company that makes diagnostic tools for people who manufacture orthotics. In my experience most if not all regular running shoes (with antipronation and whatnot) and/or orthotics simply don't make enough of a difference to prevent it from happening

Is there any way to shortlink to the sections of the help page?

before the change it was possible to link to faq and now you can link to [help], but not to [on topic]

actually, faq now leads to [about], which is stupid in my eyes…

and obviously you can't link to [help]
