@mods, nicely done with the BWfR idea. We saved one question week 1 and it looks like we are on track to save several more with week two.

@MattGiltaji it's great to see the community working together on these. Thanks for all the help!

Hey hagu, I put this on hold. As a Q&A site, we can't give "advice" but only answer concrete questions. I gave your post an edit to try and clean things up a bit and make it more readable. If you can edit in a more specific question about what it is you want to do, this will kick the post into our review queue where our community can work together to re-evaluate and reopen the post. Hope this helps. — jmort253 ♦ 36 secs ago
I keep the two links handy in the Auto Review comments script so I can get to them easily for custom comments like this one.

A: Dealing with rude senior colleagues

Meredith PoorIs this any help? Point being is that the work environment often rewards such behavior, even if such rewards are unintentional. In such a circumstance talking to other managers won't get you anywhere. As a male, I'm not well equipped to make suggestions in this narrow context. I grew up reading ...

Q: Is there a commonly accepted gender neutral convention to replace the abbreviation EQM (Equivalent Manpower)?

called2voyageMy organization is seeking to replace all "manpower" terminology with gender neutral terms. There are some instances where the conventional abbreviation "EQM", which stands for "Equivalent Manpower" is used. Is there a commonly accepted substitute for this abbreviation which is gender neutral? ...
