@DarkHyudrA it almost always is, I think there's a 5% chance of it giving you just the machine casing though

I still think that it's the fluid canning machine bugged because I tried with the bronze wrench twice and both times it returned the machine casing
all the other machines were returning themselves
ofc I enabled NEI Cheat Mode for this test, it's not like I want to waste my time and tin making the damned machine

@DarkHyudrA it might be that the canning machine requires an electric wrench on purpose, some other machines do

it depends on the level of tool, but iirc you can charge an IC2 tool in a batbox... not 100% sure about the pad versions though

well, if putting the tool inside a batbox is enough I already have what I need lol
I needed to make one because the Electric Kinetic Engine wasn't accepting Immersive Engineering energy
So I made a batbox that receives the energy and is pointed to the engine
