Open dialing device, select what transmitter to port from and what receiver to port to (so your transmitter then someone else's transmitter) and click either dial to keep it locked until you change it or dial once to reset after porting, stand on the teleporter and you're off. Check the destination analyzer to make sure the destination won't kill you (generally shouldn't).

The matter booster makes sure the other end gets powered when you port there so you can always port there but you can't always port back.

like, I was waiting for a couple of months and then hopefully upgrading, but at this rate, I'll probably just stick to 7 for a while longer

I'm sure there'll be a set of firewall rules to disable the last 10%, but it just feels very wrong to have to fight your own OS for your right to privacy
