@Seth Not much, really. Life too, I guess. Doing up a room for rental. Not me, personally, of course. I can't do DIY.

Still, feels like it has been busy.

That's nice. DIY is fun even if you're not that good at it (AKA me) :)

@Seth To be clear, I'm not doing any of the work. :-) I'm directing other people - workers. Can't say it is fun, exactly. No doubt educational.

I've just finished sanding and re-painting an entire hardwood terrace!

one thing I did learn from my brief time with the neighbor's pressure washer: Never use it on composite decking, it doesn't end well xD
