EhevuTov, you were answered, then it was repeated.The poster Fred and Mevaqesh quoted it for you. Your question has to much information in your attempt not to offend, I think, as it seems to have done just that.
Try limiting it to just the question, You could ask,"what exactly does the term'Goy mean." then they might reply as Fred did. "@EhevuTov But there's no single predominant hierarchy for strictly ordering the "level" of non-Jews (whatever that means), just as the term "goy" doesn't have a single unified usage throughout Talmudic and rabbinic literature."

@JohnandDorotheaSorensen I already know what "goy" means in halacha. It's the "goy" stam, which is an idolator non-Jew. My question is, is there anything lower. I'm not asking for a definition. I'll think of a more detailed and hard contextual question and rephrase.
